Revitalize the boulevard

We have been working for some time with representatives of the City on the redevelopment of vacant commercial buildings located at 3612-3614 Saint-Jean Boulevard. We wish to achieve a high-quality residential project that will revitalize the boulevard.

Before proceeding with the project approval process, the City requests that the neighbourhood be informed of the proposed new development. We are therefore inviting you to discover our project and meet the professionals of the team during this open house.
